Bert founded Koa Media in 2005. Prior to Koa, Bert was a founding partner of MMI Inc., one of the first web design firms in the region. His background incorporates a broad technical education, sales and marketing expertise, and a lifetime of entrepreneurship. Bert is vice-president and past president of the Cape Cod Technology Council, sits on the SmarterCape Partnership, and is active in various community development efforts.

When not scheming on behalf of clients, Bert plays and records with his jazz quartet. And he makes the occasional pilgrimage to the koa trees in Hawaii.
